Boosty, Emma had just the wink and grin Your refering to, and such a twinkle in her eyes. The nite of the drag racing incident, the cops tried their best to coax Emma into showing some sort of nervousness or discontent of being with me so they could get Adult Protective Services on me,.... but she wasnt going for it. Aunt Emma was in a class of Her own. Alot of people have commented over the years about how nice it was of me to befriend and take in Aunt Emma. When in fact it was Aunt Emma who befriended me and in a way took me in. Ya my life has had its share of experiences and when younger I always tried to go out of the way to have them. Then they just seem to multiply and I couldnt slow them down. I hope to see a loll in them, they have had an effect on my aging. Emma was the best and I miss Her dearly. But it was getting harder and harder for her to do the day to day and I'm glad she went without alot of pain and procedures. As I get older and have experienced grieving so many times, it becomes clear to see that we will always grieve but not to let it overwelm you into a selfish one. Emma had a long life, I am so happy to have been a part of it and give her some experiences She would have never known. I know that she did just that for me as well. I miss You Aunt Emma and save a place for me, We will be together again Dear. God Bless You.

really all that for drag racing in ny. I got a ticket for illegal speed contest (drag racing) in ny. Went to court and got 25 hours community service. And i was my own attorney, but this was a few years ago. And i was driving after 9 (i was about 17 at the time), and i guess squealed my tires off the line and a few other things. They made me pay a 200 noise ordinance for the other tickets.

John, it'* great to see you back here. In a way I'm glad we haven't seen you for a while, because that means you've been spending time in the really important places... i.e. with your wife and taking care of arrangements with your aunt. You know the real priorities in life, and you're doing what you need to do. Keep living your life like that and you will always be remembered as someone who loved others and acted selflessly. It'* more than I can say for myself many times.

I'm sure your aunt loved and appreciated you dearly because of the effort you put forth to take care of her. I hope you and your new wife can love and care for each other just as deeply. Keep it up, John

TJ I got caught in a college town, in a real drag race with me in the wrong lane, 37 mph over the limit with the officer commenting in the report he heard me go thru another gear after the radar scan. Car maxed in the rear and sitting on the tires in the front. After they found the NOS bottle he said " that explains the blue glow coming out my exhaust" I think he made that up but??? To ice the cake @ 52 I have an 11 page DMV hit list from 18 on. Pretty ridiculous for a 10 sec spurt of fun. $1500 lawyer, $940 court, Life on hold for a year, and a 6 month revocation that didnt start till Wed. even though the court has held my license since June '06 One of the world'* oldest teenager'* did some growing up since last summer.

Sorry to hear about your aunt. Good to hear things are going alright for you all things considered.


on a random side note, my girlfriend'* roommate used to work at Dreammaker'* and remember'* you and your car (I think his words were "That guy is crazy") Kinda random.

LOL, Geoff. I checked in and read your post. Thanx. And your roomate is right.I have been dirt poor, filthy rich~underlearned, overeducated~platonic, totalyabsorbed, takeeverything~giveeverything. A life a pure paradox. It doesnt get any more random than me , so I guess You hit the nail on the head..... Yet I fail to understand why it posseses you to bring this up at this time. Crazy can sometimes be defined and refined to mean I will do as my conscience allows, and pay for it later. right now I am in a state of weighing my conscience and reflecting on my actions and thier effect......again. You dont know me or understand me. But thats OK. Hope we meet someday so you can judge for yourself.
