So Bob, what weight oil do you prefer to roast your Dogs with?
I'll bring the monster marshmallows, the 3800 puts out alot of BTU when it'* roasting.

It'* just a washer and a $1.50 gasket, that'* all....

Ended up being a big PITA. I think it'* a little more difficult to get the Oil sender plate out on the 03 body style and an hour later when I finally did get it off, the gasket was baked onto both the sender plate and the surface it mounts to. The sender plate was clean after 5 minutes with a razer, but there was no way to get the gasket off the top of the surface that it mounts to. A scraper might have done the trick, a thin one with a razer on the end, but even that would be tricky and time consuming.

Once done I did have a very stable 50-60 lbs of oil pressure compared to the normal 40 lbs or 120 lbs with the dead sending unit.

Also, the oil I've got dripping is coming from the breather on the front valve cover. A breather extension would probably fix that but ZZP ran out a long time ago and doesn't plan on stocking up and I haven't seen one anywhere else. I cleaned the filter up while I had the oil drained and I'm hoping that keeps it from dripping for a while, it didn't drip at all for the first 6 months I had it. Going to have to figure that issue out eventually.

There will be no cooking hot dogs or marshmallows in my engine bay, ya hear?
