If you watch the special features, you can see they have been working on the script since about 2002 or so! That'* incredible. It seems to have paid off really well at the end.

I watched the first hour yesterday and got grossed out by the blood stain on his pants and how it got there, at the party.

I'll watch the end tomorrow on my way home to kill an hour on the Ferry.
It better get better.

Yeah, I had a weird feeling watching it never really "develop." It really does get better, though, and it wraps up really well.

THOOPER!

It'* supposed to be a "different" movie because *SPOILER the guys are just nerds who want to get laid instead of jocks who do get laid. Aside from the couple of cops who screw around a lot, there'* really not that much stuff that'* made up... Almost. At least it'* more realistic than the teen dramas. I don't like this about it since it'* a "new" movie because it'* less surreal. :? I just don't get it. That'* like the recent development by which you can pay Dell for their "premium package" by which they don't clog up your PC with adware.

It'* a movie about 17 year old geeks, for 17 year old geeks, and everyone in the movie acts like 17 year old gay geeks even the cops.

I'm 21, and I happened to appreciate the movie. But yes, 17 year-olds probably would like it better. So, I take it you've taken no life lessons from it?

Oh yes, my life lessons revolve right now around my 17 year old son.
He recommended the movie to me. I know why now. He thinks I am McLovit.
