Don't know whose it is, but it not a bonneville or other H-bdoy. It is a W-body (Grand Prix, Regal, etc.) Did the picture come from our club?

Those covers have been available for 5 or 6 years through a CGP member. That particular one is owned by some guy who obviously doesn't understand the concept of leaving the rattle can alone for the benefit of better nosedrive cooling.

lmao!! Rattle Can = Aerosol spray paint cans that have the ball aerator in them to mix the paint up.
