My wife says I'm in "Stupid Thought" mode again, but I would like to buy a car from my birth year and like the Monte Carlo'* or maybe a sister car(Buick, Pontiac)

Can you guys help me out? I'd like it to be in running condition but it doesn't have to be.
Interior and body "kinda" doesn't matter.

I want to have a project car but have limited experiance and limited tools(pretty much hand tools thats about it) I think I might get a small air compressor and tool set with income taxes.
