That pic was taken in the morning. That coastal city was a little cool then. Don't forget this is the beginning of winter here. It was around 45F and warmed up to 75F by mid day when the fog lifted.

A much cooler day today and rain is predicted finally this week.

Took a gondola ride up the mountain in the center of the city to see the Virgin Mary statue.
