You don't suppose you are still dehydrated from yacking your brains out this past weekend?

Hangover aka headaches that won't go away like that are simple dehydration. Also...there has been a change in the weather that may make your apartment much lower humidity levels than usual.

If your snot is yellow or green, ie - not normal, you may have a sinus infection and its time to visit the doctor for some pennicillan.

or

It just might have something to do with the beercan you took to the forhead Friday night

An ice pack either on the forehaed or the back of the nect works well for me.

If it'* sinus, take a couple of decongestants along with 3 BC powders and chase with caffeinated beverage of choice

I went thru the same kind of thing, in the end it turned out to be an alergic reaction to alcohol. Quiting drinking sure beats that horible pain any day!

Do these headaches occur after doing a certain activity? Or are they consistent and never go away? Do they get worse when you do certain types of physical activity? It could be a general migraine, or one caused by something specific. Do they get worse during sex or masturbation? lol. (I know ... personal question but it'* relevent!)

thanks for all the advice guys.

I'm going to try to hit some of the main points, since I have hw due online tonight that I need to finish.

If I had time to lay back with a washcloth I would do that (would probably fall asleep, the cloth would get cold, then I would get cold, and probably end up sick...LOL)

stress....constantly...I'm a full time college student so what do you expect.

I get 6-8 hours of sleep a night normally.

caffine: I dont drink coffee, I have soda maybe 2-3 times a week so doubt that is it. I've had caffine withdraws before (back in middle school and highschool) so I know what those are like

dehydrated....possibility but not likely, I;ve had a LOT to drink in the last few days. (non alcoholic)

sinus infection is a possibility, my mom wants me to go to the oncampus life center thing tomorrow.

What'* a BC powder?

massage...if I am going to get one of those, I will have them take all the crazy knots out of my back...oh how that would be nice.

they've been pretty much constant since sunday night/monday.

We'll see what tomorrow holds.....
