Yeah well over 6000 already, i'm going in tomorrow to a new store we're working on in st paul to set departments... 
The nearest 24h store to mine is in a strip mall , not on a corner...
Corners are always pretty good, Walgreen'* usually eyeballs locations for over a year before they make a decision on where to go.
