I find it ironic that fireworks, the primary means to celebrate FREEDOM on july 4th, are illegal in many states.

Illegal here, but people still set them off and get in big trouble. I call the police on them. Yes, I have an excuse as I have a phobia of fireworks and explosions. My cousins used to abuse me with fireworks at a very young age of 3.

Sorry to hear that! That must have been awful for you. I don't like playing with fireworks but I do enjoy going to see them done professionally.
