I got a Springfield XD-9. I really enjoy using it. It'* not the biggest round, but cheap as dog to buy bullets for. I like going to the range with my father-in-law, and brother-in-law. The XD is extreemly reliable and I find it to be very accurate. It only cost me $385 plus tax at Gander mountain on sale, plus it comes with a lifetime warranty.

Any reputable manufacturer of firearms offers a lifetime warranty on their guns, provided that whatever goes wrong can be considered a factory defect.
