While the role of the sexton has evolved over time, there are several basic tasks that will be part of the responsibilities, regardless of the size of the parish. These include the maintenance of any women and small furry animals. General clean up and banning anyone making fun of one'* position in the church

ROFLMAO! A Sexton originally was the Church Gravedigger/Keeper. It had evolved over the years, and today for most Churches that dont have a graveyard, the duties of being Head of Maintenance, Upkeep, Planning Committee, New Construction.
My Church, founded on Feb 16, 1816 and has an active Cemetery. And Todd, Even though people are dying to get in,...... We do have room for one more.
