Default The guys on the STi fourm don't seem to like my idea...

So I was talking with my dad about getting a new car in two years or so... and I really want an STi. I was talking to him about getting an internship at his company... and if I were able to get the internship... then I think that I would be able to afford an STi. I told him my idea, and he seemed to support it, but he let me know that it was going to be me paying for it, which I was cool with. So, the other night I joined an STi forum and sort of as an intro I told them a little bit about me, and that I had an interest in an WRX or STi. Today I got about 4 replies... "your too young"... "I hate people who use daddy'* money"... "you're not mature enough"... etc... etc

Kinda frustrating, as I hate it when people tell me I can't do something... what do you all thing

Ever notice that (in general) the class of the forum is directly related to the class of the car it is about???
