Well, with the new house I should look into this....oh, wait, no empty rooms now. :( We'll just have to have them add one room back in the area of the soon-to-be garage and eliminate the 3rd stall from the new garage so as not to build on the neighbors property.

That is what I do now...except of course I get the benefits But seriously, as long as the "relationship" for lack of a better word does not go beyond the agreement, then I think it is a good thing for both parties. But if it does take the next step, that could get messy.

This could be a two way street.

I like the idea, you can have the potential to make something more out of it, if that'* the way it all pans out, like the First guy in CT.

But it could just be what it is, and it could be hell.

There'* a clause to every aspect of it.

I'd try it out though
