Guess who else upgraded to Dextron VI... Army
The Army'* current five ton trucks running a CAT diesel and using what in its auto tranny,,,, DEXTRON VI. I was in a Army motor pool today watching a active shooter exercise and got to checking out the new Army fleet of trucks... and was surprised they are using the DEXTRON VI tranny fluid. If it is good enough for a five ton truck with a CAT diesel, and must be good stuff for our vehicles.... I least I am hoping for it and have been banking on it.
