Hehe, maybe Pontiac finally got the good luck for a change
Oh, and it'* like 10 miles away from me =p Now, being able to afford what they won't go lower than, after my extreme lowball (assuming it'* even a good car, of course) is something else entirely...
"$3800, eh? How about $3000?"
:(
Unless they take it, that is

Well, went to go look at it...
Nice car. VERY nice. Fit to be called Excellent under KBB. Guy hinted he might go down to aroun $3200 or so. I don't know though...
First off, I don't have the money. $2800 in the bank, figure my car'* worth at least $600 as-is.
Second... I just wasn't impressed :( I know it'* a Buick, but it just had to much roll in the corners, seats were too soft with not enough bolstering on the sides. And the weren't all that cushy. Plus, steering is numb, not to mention she seemed more sluggish than my Bonne, way too much so it seemed based on the fact that the LeSabre'* are only about 100 pounds or so heavier than the Bonnes...
I think I'll hold off. Here'* hoping for an early 90s SSEi in good condition for $3000 or under
Wish me luck...
I hate living in Florida sometimes... why do you guys have to get all the good cars up there in the Northern states? Ah, but I digress...
The search continues

Well, there are always more Buicks
There'* a '94 'Gransport' in the local paper for $3000 obo, they used the word 'excellent' when describing the condition. Now, I know there ain't such a thing as a Gransport model, but there is a suspension system of that name. Which means better body control
Worth looking at, for sure...
The search... CONTINUES!
lol, I am such a f***ing geek...

(and I'd have to agree about the Lesabre.)
I rode in one today and man did that thing dive into the corners. I couldn't wait to get back into the Riv... this car handles better than our SSEi.

Well, yes, it'* both
A suspension and a variant of the Regal. It was a white 4-door Regal GranSport with red leather interior with almost 100k on it. What a looker
But I'll be damned if the way it drove and rode was a COMPLETE disappointment :( It jittered and rattled like hell, engine sounded odd and cabin noise sucked next to my Bonne, dash layout sucked, as the gauges were just too small, not to mention pressing the break involved odd bending of my foot just to get at it. Weird. Pretty nice car otherwise, but I just didn't like it :( So sad, too, as she looked awesome.
God, why can't I just find a car that FITS like the Bonne??? I'll probably end up holding out for another Bonne, but I still take cars on a case-by-case basis. Oh well...
Do I need to say it? Sure, what the hell...
