Nissan Silvia (S13) with what appears to be the SR20DET.
Though because of the angle of the pic (makes it hard to tell), it may be a Sileighty. Or a convertible?!
(background left and far bkg right = R32 Skyline, background right = A31 Cefiro)

Yup, it'* a Silvia Convertible, with an SR20DET...one of only 2 in North America (or so the owner claims)...
