Wow, it really was a Cima? I was thinking that, but ruled it out because it wasn't the same as an Infiniti Q45 - which is the current generation of Cima.

It looks like a Mopar from either Mexico or Australia.
I really want to say it'* an Australian Plymouth, but I'm not sure Plymouth was even badged Plymouth down under.
Maybe even a Dodge Charger -I saw an article in some Mopar magazine on the Australian Muscle from Mopar, and the Charger had the same stripes, and the front looked ALOT like that.
