Default GTI mostly cleaned up.. Pix!

After a good wash, but all i've done is wash and wax her so far. Later in the summer/fall i'll be getting out the PC, some compounds, and get to paint fixing. I'm also going to use up my S100 and look for a sealant to last the winter.

Anywho, picked her up July 28th, 12,030 miles, i'm the first private owner. Only mod? VW iPod adapter i got the dealer to throw in. I'm looking to do either smoked or clear side markers....

Details:
2006 GTI 2 Door Tornado Red
2.0 Turbo, intercooled, direct injection. 200 HP, 207lb/ft from 1500-5000 RPM
6 Speed DSG Gearbox (dual clutch), Tiptronic manual on the stick, paddle shifters on the wheel, Auto program, and sport Auto program. A true manual/auto hybrid, with the best of both worlds, and fastest shift times on the planet...
Package 1: Moonroof + Satellite Radio, Shark-fin antenna
Standard: Constant djusting bi-xenon headlamps, 6 disc in-dash changer,Headlight sprayers, Red calipers, Multi-function display/computer, Side mirror signal markers, Fold down seats, Metal Pedals, Sport Steering wheel, full ESP and TC systems..

She'll do 0-60 in the low 6'*, the 1/4 in low-mid 14'* stock. And with gains of 50 HP, and even more engine response, it'* soooo hard not to get a chip this early with it... Handling is superb, On curvy hill roads in Wisconsin, I had no problem sticking to the back bumper of the Solstice The multilink rear suspension really sticks to the ground.

1. Front..

2. Back

3. The Audi/VAG front end design

4. Obligatory wheel shot

5. Wheel/brake caliper

6. Headlamp housing

7. Antenna

8. Interior, Plaid seats, and an amazing wheel.

9. DSG Shift Pattern, PRN Drive, right of drive is tiptronic, Sport.

10. Metal Pedals, Bottom Hinged accelerator

11. Cluster

12. iPod Cable in glove, controlled by the Head Unit

13. Trunk, swallowed all of my parents bags for a 2.5 week trip to Europe last night, rear seats still up.

LOL, the two best looking cars (mine and yours ) can't post in your ride

Anyway, looks good. Kinda looks like it might be too much fun to drive.

Now bring it out to WCBF so the Jetta doesn't feel lonely.
