Default group projects suck

I'm spending HOURS going through html and php code "correcting" what one of my group partners wrote. its not that it doesn't work, it just breaks EVERY rule we've been told in school. only thing saving this person is that IE and Firefox correct it when they display things... Ugh, what a pain. it would be so much easier to do it right the first time, you know!

At least you have lab partners that help. We had to design and come up with an entire network for a company as a project and could not even get in touch with the leader until the day of the presentation and me and my friend stayed up all night working it out.

I hear you man. I have a programming partner that doesn't do anything. I show up to class with two copies, one for each of us. He has no idea how/where/when I got it done and doesn't care. It is just easier to do things on your own sometimes. My lab partner is pretty lazy too. I am celebrating when this semester is over. Word of advice, 19 credit hours of engineering is a BAD IDEA!

Just one is gen ed, economics. The others are autocad, physics(with lab), calc II, and C++ programming. I took them to take advantage of my scholarship. It was an academic scholarship that covered all of my tuition so I piled on the hours.... and now I regret it. I shouldn't even be on here right now because I have two lab reports due, a program to write, and a Calc test to study for. Life sucks right now.

if you get through it then it was worth it. i'm looking at graduating next year with my IT degree... all said and done with major changes and crap it took me 7 years! so anything you can do to pile it on helps.

i have 8 classes left...

Nice, I can't wait until then. It is still my first year but with transfered credits, I'll have 50 hrs after this semester. I'm making a dent in the classes but I still have a LOT left. I plan on taking 17 hours next semester with a couple of the classes being blow-offs so I'll be taking it easy for a semester.
