Default Grandma in hospital, UPDATE, she passed.h.

So it started out with me putting my oil pressure spring and valve in wrong, had no oil getting to the engine, almost toasted it, but got it all fixed.

THEN, my grandma hasn't been feeling too well for the past few days, sugar was fluctuating, blood pressure was low, etc, so my aunt took her to the hospital. The timing couldn't have been more perfect, she had a mild STROKE 10 minutes after they got there! :( Luckily, it was a very mild stroke, but enough to flatline her (She was dead for 10 seconds). Luckily, they got her back to life with little effort, and she is now in stable condition in a CCU (critical care unit), but is temporarily on a ventilator to assist in her breathing.

So everyone, regardless of me not being a religious person, I ask you to pray for her to get better. She has had such a rough life, and this is not making it any better. :(

I wish you and your grandmother only the best.

Your grandmother is in our thoughts and prayers, and so is the car. We are happy your grandmother is okay.

That definitely sucks man. Hopefully your grandma takes the same path as your car and makes a full recovery (in a serious and humorous way ).

She is in my prayers...

Good news! They ran a catscan around midnight last night, and there are no signs of hemorrhaging or bleeding, hence they said it was a very minor stroke. They are slowly lowering the percentage of the ventilator to 40%, as she is breathing on her own 60%. They said it may take a few days before she will be able to breathe on her own.

Update!

She is off the breathing machine as of Noon today. She is breathing 100% on her own and her blood oxygen is 98%!

Also, she did NOT have a stroke whatsoever, she went into respiratory arrest, and stopped breathing. They told her why she went into it is because she was at home coughing so hard, she tired her lungs out.

Docs say she will be out ina few days!

Boy, I bet she'* really happy she quit smoking now. I'd just imagine what her breathing problems would be like if she didn't
