Well then, now you can get an SSEi and experience BOOOOOOST. 
Yea, I get 13 now and will only get a $2 raise by next year.
but i will also be getting a 50% raise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ummm... can you say from $13/hr up to $20, then after 30 days i get another evaluation and probably another raise
