At least in Firefox, if you reload the page with the poll results on it Firefox will resend the data... So you can Control-R with your left hand and hit Enter with your right pinkie... over and over and over and over and over and over and...

it seems to be.. it'* hard to say for sure. i'll be doing it that way for a while so if you switch, you may notice a slowdown... other than that I don't know how to verify it is actually working.

i figured out with the method i had... my mouse has a backspace button 
... that i could vote once every two seconds so thats 30 times a minute!!!!
