got a dv camera for the weekend, what software??
got my parents brand new digital 8mm sony video camera for the weekend... its a dcr-trv260 with nightshot and the works...
the software that comes with it is pitful
what free or hacked software is everyone else using for importing and slight editing
im not gonna go buy software just for the weekend ya know

looked into it...
windows movie maker 2.1 requires to be installed
i have on my laptop, and im not liking it. having reboot problems, along with a lot of other ppl out there...
i havnt put it on my desktop yet, which has the firewire port on it...so can do...
any other options

I have a ulead program but movie maker is much easier to use and the results are better.
