I lost many guitar picks and random stuff because the cats would knock them off the desk and play with them never to be seen again.

This was a one man operation. He loves that bearcat(the stuffed animal). He'* had it ever since he was a little cat(too big to be a kitten), and the bearcat was actually bigger than him. It'* the only toy he'* had that he hasn't destroyed. About a year ago, I found out why he loved it so much. He had not been to the vet to get de-nutted, and seeing as the bearcat was his childhood friend, I found him, many a time, taking advantage of it. In short, he humped the bearcat.
So he'* not a cat that jumps in on or around everything, he just wants to look out all of the windows, and when you touch his bearcat, be ready to play with him. Pet him occasionally....
That'* the story behind the bearcat(it'* more of a panther).
So if you pick it up, and he sees you pick it up, he expects you to throw it and he will go after it, mid air or on the ground, and assault it. And just imagine, he doesn't use his claws on it!
*EDIT* Regarding these "car parts" you speak of.... Those are.... um... lawn mower parts.... yeah! Lawn mower parts!

And for any who are skeptical, that is an actual photo taken of the cat jumping in the air to attack the bear cat mid air. No editing tools or magical photo tricks at all.

I like to let my grass grow out until it looks like a rain forest before I cut it. Need the horsepower from a big motor with a blower to cut it. The other plus is that I don't worry about sticks, rocks, bushes, trees, or small children with it. It'll take it all!
