Very true Little Hoov and something a big guy like me doesnt think about.Especially with large fingers. I now have my Washburn and a Purple Les Paul and still find myself plugging in the Washburn all the time because that is what I learned on. The best advice I read here is go to a store and play them. The worse thing you can do is buy online and take someones elses opinion of what sounds good. Everybodies ear is different . Any good shop owner will play a couple for you since you dont know how yet. Go to several music stores. I found My Washburn D-100 for $229 with a case after seeing it elsewhere as high as $349.
