Default Going To Test Drive 05' Maxima

I've been invited to test drive an 05 Maxima. I told them what I drove and they automaticly schedualed me a test drive. What should I expect? I can't drive manual, too bad since I know a manual Maxima will give the LSS a good run.

Oooh, manual would be so much fun to drive. I tried to buy a Maxima several years ago but they told me I couldn't even afford a Minima. lol

I've heard that before lots of times....LOL

The new maxima'* are definantly quick, and with the right person behind the pedals....it could really give the LSS a run for it'* money if not barely squeak ahead.

Yeah, that 3.5 puts out ridiculous amounts of torque steer. Nissan needs to invest in an equal-length drive-shaft set-up. I drove quite a few 99 GXEs while I was working at the auction. Those puppies are pretty zippy.

Let'* see:
LSS.............vs..........Maxima
240hp........................265hp
280ft/lbs....................255ft/lbs
4spd auto..................5spd auto

Hmmm...could be close. LSS would be quicker off the line, but the Maxima might be able to make it up on top-end. Depends on weight, which I can't find anywhere.
With the mods you've got on your LSS, you'd smoke the Maxi easy.
Besides, the Maxima'* got that funny lookin' sideways sunroof. What'* that all about? :?

OOO Maxipad. I'd take one over an L67 car, the manual option is enough alone!
