I say drop an L67 in it. If it fits. You know how crazy that would be!? I'd bet 0-60mph in 5.5 and a quarter in the mid 13'* stock.

the 5.3 in the GP GXP is over 300 Horses (conservatively rated too I'll bet) and has DOD. And a real exhaust note!
