Holy @#&@#@!!!!!
Dad was going to order the memory module for the drivers power seat in the 2004 Park Avenue Ultra. The part is about 10" long, 6" wide and 2.5" deep and weighs no more than 3 lbs.
How much do you think www.gmpartsdirect.com wants for shipping and handling?

You Know thats a shame...
I am prepping for a Trans Rebuild... The last Bits I needed were the 4th Input shaft, the Complete Solenoid Kit and Trans assembly lube...
Shipping was $9.3x FedEx to my door.. I ordered on the 21st and it was on my door step today..
$50 charge for that part from GMPD will totally require some serious lube

I use these guys more often: mazdapontiacgmcparts.net
Prices are a little more but they have better customer service (email and phone to a live person).
Sometimes they send out emails offering free shipping on orders >$50. This usually ends up cheaper than GMPD.
Another thing I’ve noticed with GMPD is that most parts I lookup are “special order” parts and their policy says special order parts are non-returnable. Showcase Pontiac Mazda GMC just has 10% re-stocking fee.
