They should of let GM and CHRY liquidate and at the same time ban importation of autos for 10 years in the USA. You would be seeing BMW, Mercedes, Toyota, KIa, etc all buy the shut down plants, retool and produce those cars here. What a missed opportunity.

I drive compact rental cars weekly and GM and CHRY small cars are 3 generations behind the Korean cars, and Ford is about 2 generations behind. If you can't sell a small car, you lose the opportunity to sell a luxury car to same buyer later as owner loyalty is strong with well made cars.

I really like that idea! And as such, you have no future in Politics! cause it makes too much sense.
