So, lets say they go through this whole circus, and she gets "placed" back onto the cheerleading team, most girls are vicious so I can imagine the kinda nonsense that will go down once she "gets onto the team"

Argh. Another waste of our tax dollars caused by some whiner. I really hope the judge throws out the suit or rules on behalf of the school district and orders the family of the wannabe cheerleader to pay all the court expenses. Or better yet, orders the law-suit happy attorney to pay for all the costs just for being dumb and advising the family that they have a case to persue.
