Who'* rocking out with Guitar Hero III? I got it a couple weeks ago, walked through easy, and I'm halfway through medium and it'* going pretty easy at this point still. First GH game i've ever had, and first time i've really played it.

If he can play that on a real guitar hes cool, otherwise he wasted time learning to play that on a toy.

lol I agree. I play guitar, and it'd take me a long time to learn that song to play for real.

I played it at a friends house on Xbox 360, and it'* fun, but man do I suck at it.

Oh my friggin god do i love GH.
I own all of them, me and some coworkers have banked HOURS on all the games, I can play Expert on most, however GHIII is alot harder.

Yeah, I picked up III the day it came out, walked through easy and medium, and halfway through hard (but i already went through GH I & II).


Now if only I could fly through expert... LOL

three of my four closest friends play guitar (okay, two. the third plays bass) -- and they play guitar hero. they like it

one of them, the one thats been playing guitar the longest ,says that guitar hero is harder to do well than playing guitar.


as for considering guitar hero a waste of time . . . we all devalue that which we arent good at right? its something kids learn to do in elementary school . . .

i wasnt saying that guitar players dont play/like it. i play guitar and play guitar hero, its entertaining, but i just think that it give out a misinterpretation of playing guitar. it just bothers me when people who are good are guitar hero think that they can play real guitar when really its completely different...JMO
