well we got the keys last nite and are almost moved in on the slow laptop with the wireless conecton will have some photos later when i get the desk tor setup

Looks like it needs some work (front and back) to regain that curb appeal. Hows everything else look? Check all the windows, seals, foundation, piping etc. Also, make sure it has copper wiring. I dunno what the rules are in CO or in the US in general, but if the wiring is aluminum you will have a hard time getting home insurance.

I've been told that in Ontario CAN, if your home is wired with aluminum, its recommended to re-wire the house with copper.

Congrats, they say a house is one of the most expensive things you will ever buy. Make sure you can afford it and then enjoy. All the rest will come together. Not sure if you opted for a home inspection, here its around 250-300 a small investment for a large purchase.

The start of a new beginning.
