I forgot it was just the start of the new year. But this isn't my "New Year'* Resolution".... it'* my "Look Good for my Wedding Resolution." Lol. If you're looking for some good equipment, I bought a brand new, full olympic weight bench, bar, and 300 lbs. of assorted plate weights for about $280 a couple years ago. Go to a sporting goods store and see what kind of deals they can cut for you. Things are surprisingly cheap these days.

And yes, Mos, round is a shape. Lol, your mind works in great ways, man.

My new workout is as follows:

10 min. warmup on the elliptical machine
3 sets of 10 reps for each of the following:
Bicep curls
Tricep extensions
Butterflies (for the pecs)
Leg curls
Leg extensions
Chest press (I think this is just the name of the bench press machine)
Leg press/calf raises
2 sets of 50 sit-ups
Assorted stretching
10-15 minute cooldown on the elliptcal machine or stationary bike

I was pretty lean in college too for that exact benefit. Using the campus acthletic center was very convenient and a great place to check out the scenery!

Marriage has some what taken it'* toll on me now, though! ....that and the corporate lifestyle!
