i would say most definely...that processor and mobo would probly be 250 or more by themselves from newegg i didnt check em out but itd probly be close. give or take a few.

3 year on cpu and mb, 1 year on case, all manf warranties. Found prices at this cool place some guy told me about, maybe you're heard about it; www.pricewatch.com, $308 total. the guy has another auction of the same things, i figure if i can get them for $275ish that'd be sweet.
