Default Generic CD-Rom driver?

I am looking for a generic cd-rom driver to use on one of my older ThinkPads with Windows 3.1. Anyone know where I can get one to install? This will just need to be a standard one to work with Windows 3.1. Let me know where I can find one. Thanks!

Hmmm, I am surprised I didn't find that.

I'll give it a try.

IIRC Win 3.1 didn't have support for CD-ROMs. I seem to recall needing a disk called CD-ROM Extensions to add support.
