Oil has gone down $15/barrel. In that same time gas has gone up a couple of cents a gallon. Those pr**** in Harrisburg must have stuck us with a healthy gas tax. They probably voted it in as a progressive increase a few years ago. Because there has been nothing in the news. It'* $2.37-87, $2.67-93..... and that'* at the cheapest places.

We have miles of refineries in Phila, so it ain't because the truck drivers got a raise.
