Here in Minnesota, 18 gallons of 92 octane (I haven't seen 93 since last summer when I was in southern MN) would only cost $3.96 more than 18 gallons of 87 (at least here in Sauk Centre). Definitely worth the extra 2-4 mpg extra it creates in small and mid-sized cars, or anything that'll gain 10% over 87 octane mileage.
Pilot/Mc Stop in St. Augusta had 93 last time I was there.

Guys - My point is not that I feel the price is too high (it is), but the fact that in a very rural area (25 miles to the nearest town with a population over 4,000) if you drive 17 miles, you will find gas that is $.34-$.39 cheaper a gallon, depending on octane level.

About a month ago here in Yreka CA it was 3.64 and today I saw it dropped down to 3.38. Knock off 2 bucks and I'll be happy :P
