In the test, the Tornado reduced a Lincoln Navigator'* fuel mileage by just under a mile per gallon, from 18.4 mpg without the device to 17.5 mpg with it installed.

But the manufacturer stands behind the Tornado: "We have more than 100,000 satisfied customers. Our product works."

I'm glad I passed on this scam. The guy wanted me to be a distributor for this crack-squad operation.

Who would be that desperate to waste 1000s of dollars on something that sounds so ridiculous?

You'd be surprised. I went to the presentation and the people were just nuts. It'* insane how crazy they were over this stuff. They acted like they had found the secret to making millions and millions in the pyramid schemed cult-like fashion.

There'* a sucker born every minute.
