I'm getting real sick of e-mails/phone calls with ticked off people asking "Why didn't your product remove this virus"

A - it ain't our product. We're just their cahiers

B- where does it say it'* an antivirus???

I've been doing this job for almost 5 years now. You'd think I'd be used to it by now.

But there'* some days where it just grates on me how some people should just not own computers. Or at least not be allowed to shop online.....

Understandable, Grasshopper... understandable.

Might be a good idea to drop a note in the suggestion box indicating that the customers are expecting the software to do XYZ. Then (I know it'* a long shot), perhaps XYZ could be added as enhancements to the product. Would be many advantages...

--Job security for you..supporting another app
--Satisfy the customer'* needs
--More customers
--etc., etc., etc!
