It runs a 13.8 stock...so that one is definitely modded.

no exhaust mods tho to it....still has that OMG SILENT exhaust on it.

Either model comes with some nice meaty 245'*. Where is the 13.8 from? A magazine? We all know how *accurate* they are with their 1/4 times that it is like word of God.
We know nothing about the car that ran other than it'* brand new.
Could it be modified? Sure. But I really don't consider an intake all that drastic. If anything the airbox was probably removed all together.
