It'* a good concept car, at least. Like the Chevy Volt'* little, little, very little brother.

The controls are a bit too un-car-like for it to really become popular, in my opinion. But I can see it replacing mall cops' vehicles, parking lot patrol cars, and the like. Or maybe in European cities, where the streets were built centuries before cars.
