Here I was sitting at a stop light, three blocks from home. The wind is kicking up a bit and I'm watching the leaves whirlwind around when something catches my eye in the drivers side mirror. Something small and white and coming uphill next to my car at a decent clip. As it rolls up next to my car I realize its a paper plate rolling uphill on its edge! It keeps right on rolling heading out into the intersection just as the light turns green.

Damn, I just got holeshot by a 9 inch paper plate! Talk about sleeping at the wheel. LMAO

One time on the interstate a car ahead of me in the right lane took an offramp, but the driver rear wheel cover didn't. It rolled along in the right lane, then changed lanes without signaling and cut me off. I passed it on the right as it decided it would like to go grazing in the median.

Back before I joined the Army, I got passed by my right rear tire/wheel after doing a brake job on my Beetle. Them Beetles (real Beetles, nit the new ones) will run nice and smooth for a long time on 3 wheels. Until you slow down and stop anyways...

That is funny!! I was once passed by my locking hubcap on my olds 88. I had just had work done on the tire and apparently they didn't put it on there right. I stopped at the light and it kept going. I had a hell of a time retrieving it in all that traffic But I did before it was ran over.
