I just noticed that 4 people play in both of these movies. Most of all they seem the sme in a way, the movie that is.

Yep, maybe more like a spin-off than a sequel? It was part 2 for the team of U.*. Marshals, since Dr. Richard Kimble (the main character from The Fugitive) was gone. But all the characters from the team of U.*. Marshals were intended to be the same. Good movie, but IMO it'* overplayed on TBS or whatever channel that is.

He is a funny guy indeed, too bad his series "The Handler" didn't make it last season. He'* featured on another show coming out this season, although the title/premise escapes my mind at the moment...
