got to downloads.com and search for the best user rating anit virus software, i used one before and worked great.

im running AVG and ZoneAlarm, i havent had any viruses, and my amount of spyware has decreased. if you arent already get some spyware scanning programs, AdAware and Sybot Search and Destroy used together is a good combo.
