good thing the guardrails were there, cushioned the impact, probably would have rolled over and over... and over....... and over.... and probably killed the driver

Yup, She was lucky she'* walkin...
last bad wreck I saw was a Chevy Colorado that hit a concrete wall a foot thick and backed up by dirt 6 ft high. The truck hit super hard. I have never seen worse. Even a NASCAR wreck looks tame. That truck had the rear end broke in half, t-case, tranny broke and sheet metal in front just pancaked bad.
