to be fair, you dont think thats the only attempted attack on one of our bases on our own soil in the last couple years, right?
im all for calling attention to this one. it generates public support for counter-terrorism, shows other terrorists [at least in America] that they CAN get caught. and the chances another group would be that stupid is slim-to-none. its virtually win-win to let that story out, under the premise that weve stopped every other attempt on our bases in america quietly and without notice.
