Default Favorite summer food.

What'* your favorite food on a summer, you know, that quick simple thing that Mo would make on a late, sunny day.

Mine, tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches.

We don't have it often, only seem to make it for get-to-gethers, but mine is Taffy Apple Salad. Yuuuummmmmmm. You heat up the juice from a can of crushed pineapple, sugar, and I think egg and heat until thick. Then mix that in with chopped up apples, the crushed pineapple and peanuts. Then add Cool Whip. Mmmmmm, great stuff!

Stop on the way home and pick up a dozen crabs for dinner.

Crabs in the summer is a mid-Atlantic thing to do.

I'm definitely down with the crabs too.
I won't do a over nighter shore trip without going out to get some.
