washing cars in winter is a waste of money. Sure, you're car will look like sh*t in a few days anyways. However, if you wash it once a week you can prevent unwanted rust. My parents didn't wash thier 89' Grand Marquis during the winter and it died because of rust. I sold my dad my old 93' 88 and now he washes it every week. Lesson learned.
i just want to remind you all to BE CAREFUL when washing your car in the winter time..car washes are just downright dangerous sometimes because of all the ice, i know of at least one person who lost his life simply while trying to wash his truck, so take a little extra time, go slow, hang on to something if you have to....but please be careful out there.
Mom'* Nissan is rusting at an alarming rate.
It'* how we lost the Cressida.
It'* how we're losing the Bonneville.
GET THE SALT OFF YOUR CARS, PEOPLE, BEFORE IT'* TOO LATE

Unless,of course, you live in the South
I washed mine last night after almost a week of rain, Damn, she looks good
I live in the south, so I wash it to keep it clean.
My uncle drove the Subie up to South Dakota about a month and a half ago, and it got covered in salt. When he got back, the first thing he did was wash the car. He didn't even unpack it.
