Iv done windows updates.
Virus Scanned.
Spyware Scanned.
Defrag.
Scandisk/checkdisk...

im running out of ideas :?

You've tried a lot of things already. You may just need to backup what you can and run a repair install. It may not be a perfect fix, but it should get you where you need to go.

googled it and the first hit said anything from messenger to a fecked motherboard , so good luck
