Get an air one and be done with it. Keep it oiled and keep the water outta the tank. I've got one used that'* still goin strong. It killed an L36 TB not too long ago. Let it be known that you can not open a L36 TB wide enough to accept a 70MM throttle plate.

If he gets a air one.. The Dremel one will not work on any other tool
